- UK: £4 shipping, free when you spend £50. (2-4 days working days)
- Europe: £11.99 shipping. (7-10 working days)
- USA: £14.99 shipping. (7-10 working days)
- Canada: £16.99 shipping. (7-10 working days)
- Australia & New Zealand: £18.99 shipping. (7-14 days)
- Rest of World: £24.99 shipping. (7-14 days)
We aim to process your order within 3 working days of you placing.
During busy periods, weekends, Bank Holidays, national holidays this may take up to 7 working days.
International Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance.
All international orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Your local customs authority or courier will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these charges as they vary by country.
If an order is refused because customs charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned to us.
Any return shipping costs, customs charges or courier fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Occasionally parcels may be delayed whilst clearing customs.
These delays are outside of our control and are not considered lost until confirmed by the courier.

Returns and Exchanges
We don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase so if for whatever reason you are, any returns must be raised within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Unwanted items must be in original condition, unworn and free from any marks.
Please email hello@fashionkilla.com to start your return. Any order returned without prior email confirmation will not be processed.
Simply return the item(s) to the address below with your order number clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
To ensure our retail prices are kept the lowest in the market unfortunately we don't offer a customer returns service, nor do we reimburse for the cost of sending or returning orders. Please note that the responsibility for returning items falls upon our customers so please ensure that your return is well packaged and tracked.

International Returns
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees paid to your local customs authority are non-refundable by us.
Please contact your local customs office if you believe you may be eligible to reclaim these charges.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to process your order. We will make every effort to process your return in a timely manner, please be aware this could take up to 7 days after returned
