International Orders

• Do I have to pay customs for international orders?

If your delivery address is outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, VAT or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are payable by the customer where applicable.

• Why wasn't tax charged at checkout for International orders?

Import taxes vary by country. Any applicable charges are collected by your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

• What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges for international orders?

If a parcel is refused because import charges are unpaid, it may be returned to us. Any return shipping or customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
