How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days of you placing an order. During busy periods, weekends, Bank Holidays, national holidays, and for certain postal areas it may take up to 7 working days. International orders take between 7-10 working days.



International Orders

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Sneaky advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information before purchase. You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. International orders take between 7-10 working days.

We don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase so if for whatever reason you are any returns must be raised within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Unwanted items must be in original condition, unworn and free from any marks. 

Simply return the item(s) to the address below along with returns paper work (the invoice you received with your order) and we will handle the rest.

To ensure our retail prices are kept the lowest in the market unfortunately we DO NOT offer a customer returns service, nor do we reimburse for the cost of sending or returning orders. Please note that the responsibility for returning items falls upon our customers so please ensure that your return is well packaged and tracked.



Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to process your order. We will make every effort to process your return in a timely manner, please be aware this could take up to 7 days after returne
